About Us
A brief history of the formation of the Gold Coast ICF, as part of the Brisbane ICF which had previously been formed in 1995.
2007
In August, ICF Chaplain Fr. Paskalis Pasaribu, OFMCap initiated the first Mass for the Gold Coast (GC) people at the house of Mr. Petrus & Mrs. Patricia Budiono. Furthermore, Mass was held in the homes of other parishioners.
11 families (18 people in total) were recorded.

2008
Mass at the GC took turns being held in the homes of the people, including: at the residences of Pauline Swift, Tuty Waters, Ninik Hollingsworth, Albert Chandler, Inge Sundoro, Ling-ling Godfrey, Jai Hartono.

2009
The ICF GC people have monthly mass activities which are held at Our Lady of the Way Church, Palm Beach, and last a few months before the GC mass is then held again alternately in the people's homes.

2010-2011
The GC Mass was held at Stella Maris Church, Broadbeach.
On November 27 2010 the GC people also attended the ICF management retreat at Wynnum.

2012-2015
In August 2012, GC Masses began to be held at St Mary's Church, Upper Coomera and are held every 4th Sunday at 3pm.
Along with the inauguration of the Chapel of Our Lady Star of the Sea in Marian Valley, Wittheren, on November 24 2012, the Rosary Prayer was then held by GC people on every 2nd Saturday at 11 am in the chapel.

2015-2017
GC Masses are held every 4th Sunday at 3pm at St. Mary's Upper Coomera. Mass start time was changed to 2pm in January 2017.
Deepening of the Catholic Faith (PIK) starting in June 2016 is held every 1st Monday at 10.30 am at the homes of the parishioners.
The Rosary Prayer is held every 2nd Saturday at 11am in the Marian Valley until June 2017, then the Rosary Prayer is held in the homes of the parishioners.
In November 2015, the Board of Management of the ICF GC for the 2015-2017 period was formed.

GC Masses are held every 4th Sunday at 2pm at St. Mary's Upper Coomera.

Prayers of the Rosary are held every 2nd Saturday at 11 am in the houses of the parishioners.
The Board of Management of the ICF GC for the 2017-2019 period was formed in November 2017 and was sworn in at the GC Mass on January 21 2018.
In September 2018 the faithful on the Gold Coast joined to become the Santa Clara Ward, part of ICF Brisbane's pastoral ministry.
